By downloading, accessing, or using the WorldQuizz mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

WorldQuizz is a fun cultural pride quiz game. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

2. Account and Access

The App may be used without an account. Optional sign-in features may be added in the future for saving progress or syncing across devices.

3. User Content and Sharing

The App generates shareable images (memes) based on your gameplay. You are responsible for any content you share. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute these images within the App's sharing features.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including text, graphics, logos, and flag images used for educational/entertainment purposes, is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute App content without permission.

5. Monetization and Purchases

The App is free with optional one-time in-app purchases for premium features (e.g., ad removal, extra content). All purchases are non-refundable except as required by law. Prices are as shown in the App.

6. Advertisements

The free version includes advertisements. We use third-party ad networks. Premium purchases remove or reduce ads.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on data collection and use.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
